How to Use Stardust Cosmetics Hydrating Primer:

1. Cleanse and Moisturize: Start with a clean, moisturized face for best results.
2. Apply a Small Amount: Dispense a pea-sized amount of primer onto your fingertips.
3. Spread Evenly: Gently spread the primer across your face, focusing on areas where makeup tends to fade or crease such as the 'T Section'.
