Returns/Exchange Policy

Valid for your first jar of Mineral Foundation Powder Only
Are you worried about selecting the wrong shade? Or have you ordered a shade and got it totally wrong?
That's OK! With your first order of our Mineral Foundation Powder we will send you our sample pots with the ordered shade and one either side* (if applicable) so you can try out the colours to make sure you have selected the right colour for your skin.
If you discover you are needing a different shade or not loving the foundation please contact our customer care team within 10 days of receiving the product at hello@stardustcosmetics.com.au and as long as your full size jar remains unopened you are welcome to return it for a full refund minus any shipping & handling costs or exchange it for a different shade.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Mineral Foundation Powder – Samples
• Interstellar Dust
• Setting Powder
• Limited Edition Promotional items

Please Note: Approved orders for refund will be refunded at the purchase price of the product LESS postal/shipping fee. The postal/shipping fee is non-refundable unless the order has been requested to be canceled and the shipping label has not been created yet.

All products are shipped from our Brisbane, Australia warehouse
Processing Times
Normally, we process and ship all orders within 2 business days of payment being received, although we aim to send out the same day, or next business day in many cases. During peak times and sales, this may take a little longer.

How do I track my order?
Please allow between 1-2 Business Days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email.
If you don't see the email in your inbox try checking your spam folder or add hello@stardustcosmetics.com.au to your safe sender’s list.
How Much is Shipping?
All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:
• Domestic vs International shipments
• Total weight of package
• Selected shipping method
We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.

Shipping Addresses
We are unable to deliver to Armed Forces addresses. Please provide a complete shipping address as much as possible which should include a unit/house/apartment number, street address, city, province or region, zip code and country. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the details being entered on an order, the shipping address included, are accurate and correct.
Stardust Cosmetics will not be liable for orders delivered to the incorrect address due to failure to double check the address stated on the order being placed. Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address on the submitted order. Changes to a shipping address can be done if the order still shows “Unfulfilled” Status in our records or if there’s no tracking number or information on the order yet. We will not be able to make any changes to an order that is already in “Fulfilled” status.
I wasn't home when they tried to deliver my package
No worries! For all orders there is a standard ATL (Authority to leave) as long as there is a safe place. If you do not wish to have an ATL, please let us know during your checkout process.
If there is no safe place to leave the package, the courier will transport it to your local post office/courier company for you to collect. Please contact them as soon as possible with your tracking number.

Are your products vegan & cruelty-free?
What about sulphates, parabens or dangerous chemicals?
Our Boss Babe has allergy/reactive skin and all products were designed to make sure she (and therefore you) could wear them all day without any side effects! In fact she's even added vitamin C & E to our Mineral Foundation Powder to help nourish the skin while you wear it!

How to find your undertone
Not sure what that is or why it's relevant? That's ok! We are here to help!
1. Take a close look at the veins on the underside of your wrist.
Are your veins blue or purple? If so you have a cool undertone and will look good in shades with a pink or red undertone.
Are your veins green or olive? If yes, you have a warm undertone and will look great in products with a yellow undertone.
Now you are armed with this information on what undertone will suit you best you can head to both our blush and foundation products and make an informed choice on which colours will work best on your skin tone! The beige of our setting powder is designed to work on nearly all skin types and ethnicities
If your still uncertain on which foundation to order then we suggest getting close to what you think you are by purchasing our sample packs. This gives you 3 colours to play with.
